How the system was shaped
The platform uses a secure data aggregation layer (OAuth-based connections to financial institutions and HR systems) feeding a recommendation engine that cross-references user profiles against a curated database of 3,000+ federal, state, and employer benefit programs. A natural language explanation layer transforms complex eligibility rules into actionable, personalized guidance. Built as a Next.js SaaS with a Node.js API and real-time notification system.
